First Dealer Direct (FDD) was founded by experienced automotive dealership managers to give dealerships full control over selling their own aftermarket products directly to customers online, 24/7.
It was created to counter third-party sales companies that remove dealerships from the sales process entirely. Using FDD’s proprietary technology, intellectual property, and proven processes, dealerships can structure, offer, sell, and finance products—primarily vehicle service contracts (VSCs), also known as extended warranties—directly to their customers.
FDD is owned and operated by dealership professionals who were frustrated by outside companies selling aftermarket products to their customers without any dealership involvement.
